To use insurix services and enroll in courses, you must meet eligibility requirements set out below and any additional criteria for specific offerings. Participation requires compliance with local laws and with these terms.

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction. For minors, enrollment may require consent from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use insurix services for lawful purposes only. Activities that infringe the rights of others, violate applicable law, or undermine the integrity of our courses are prohibited.

Certain courses or services may be restricted in some countries due to local regulations. insurix reserves the right to limit access by geographic region and to refuse service where required by law.

When you create an account with insurix, you agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account grants access to course materials, progress tracking, and support features associated with your enrollment.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. insurix is not responsible for issues that arise from outdated or incorrect account details.

Protect your password and login credentials. Notify insurix promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal information, but you are responsible for your account security.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by insurix. Sharing access credentials with others is prohibited and may result in suspension.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at insurix.info/contact. Take prompt action to change your password and follow any guidance provided by our support team.

insurix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, for suspected fraud, or for other legitimate reasons. We will provide notice when feasible and in accordance with applicable law.

insurix offers instructor-led workshops, online courses, and self-study materials focused on personal growth, productivity, leadership, and career development. Course descriptions, schedules, and pricing are provided on insurix.info and may be updated from time to time.

Course content, schedules, and instructors may change. When significant changes affect an enrolled participant, insurix will inform you and offer available options such as rescheduling, course credit, or a suitable alternative.

We strive for continuous availability of our online learning platform, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or due to technical issues. insurix makes reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and to restore services promptly.

To ensure a productive learning environment, participants must adhere to the following rules and behavioral expectations during all insurix activities.

• Respect others: maintain a supportive and professional tone in class discussions and interactions.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time and complete assigned course work to the best of your ability.
• Do not share copyrighted materials without permission; respect intellectual property rights.
• Avoid disruptive behavior; follow instructor directions and platform usage guidelines.
• Provide truthful information when interacting with staff and during assessments.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive language toward others.
• Comply with any additional rules specific to a course or in-person event location.

Participants may submit content such as assignments, feedback, forum posts, or testimonials. When you post content, you represent that you have the rights necessary to share it and that it does not violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit, subject to the license you grant insurix to use that content for course delivery and promotion as described below.

By submitting content, you grant insurix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and reproduce the content as necessary to provide and promote our services. This license does not transfer ownership.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your content. insurix may remove or refuse content that violates policies or that could harm the learning environment.

If you wish to request removal of your content, contact support. We will review removal requests and act in accordance with applicable laws and the rights of other participants.

Course materials, activity, logos, and other content provided by insurix are the intellectual property of insurix or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

• Do not reproduce course materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Do not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices in insurix materials.
• Limited personal use of materials is allowed for participants enrolled in the corresponding course.

Certain insurix courses and events require payment. Payment terms, pricing, and refund options are provided at purchase and may vary by offering. Review the specific terms before enrolling.

Prices for courses are listed on insurix.info and at the time of checkout. Pricing may include taxes or fees where applicable and will be displayed prior to confirmation of your purchase.

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. Payment information is processed securely. By submitting payment, you authorize insurix to charge the selected payment method for applicable fees.

Subscription-based offerings, if available, are billed at the intervals described during sign-up. You are responsible for all charges incurred until cancellation is processed. Manage subscription preferences in your account settings.

Refund eligibility varies by course. Refund policies are provided on the enrollment page. If a refund is approved, insurix will process it using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may cancel enrollments subject to the cancellation rules listed at the time of purchase. insurix may cancel or reschedule courses for operational reasons; in such cases, affected participants will be offered alternatives or refunds when appropriate.

Participants are responsible for any taxes required by local law. insurix will collect taxes where required and will display tax information at checkout when applicable.

insurix may change prices or introduce new fees for future enrollments. Prices already paid for confirmed enrollments will not be increased retroactively.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access to course materials and features until payment is resolved.

Course content is provided for educational purposes to support personal and professional development. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and the application of learning. insurix provides guidance and tools but outcomes are not assured.

To the extent permitted by law, insurix and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific course or service in the preceding six months.

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools and services. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. insurix is not responsible for third-party performance or practices.

insurix may terminate or suspend access to services for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or for operational reasons. Termination may include removal of access to course materials and loss of enrolled status.

Upon termination, access to content and certain account features may be disabled. You remain responsible for any unpaid fees and for compliance with obligations that survive termination, such as confidentiality and intellectual property provisions.

insurix collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use data to deliver courses, communicate with participants, and improve our services. Review the privacy policy to understand how we handle your information and exercise your rights.

By registering for insurix services you agree to receive administrative and course-related communications by email, SMS, or other channels. You may opt out of marketing communications as described in our privacy policy, but course notifications are necessary for participation.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in operations, legal requirements, or offerings. When material changes occur, insurix will publish the updated terms with an effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Thailand. Disputes arising from these terms or your use of insurix services will be handled in accordance with local legal processes unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, parties may pursue legal remedies available under applicable law in Thailand.
